So as you have all seen multiple times before, we like to get a little creative in Rexburg....:) We like doing new things. So we had my mom mail us one of those How to Host a Murder kits. It was 30's Hollywood themed. Jenessa and I made invitations, dinner and put up decorations. The game calls for four couples, so we got our friends Melanie and Krissa to join in with us and then we each got a date. It turned out to be really fun. It was stressful getting it all ready in time but it somehow got done! I had a couple of my old roommates do my hair and makeup and it was awesome! We all felt so glamorous as we sat down to a candlelight dinner and ate Parmesan chicken and pasta with marinara sauce. Yum! I'm hungry now just thinking about it!
I obviously didn't have a vintage 30s dress but this one was simple enough that it worked.
